Pinguicula "Penny" — Carnivorous Butterwort

Pinguicula "Penny" is a live carnivorous butterwort offered at about 1 inch across. Its foliage is usually covered in dew and can turn purplish under strong light, creating a green-and-purple contrast.

Care

Grow in Mexican Pinguicula soil mix in a sunny windowsill or under T5 or LED lights, and keep the soil moist. Feed fish food or bugs every 3–4 weeks. It may enter a succulent state during winter, depending on temperature.
