Welcome to Indoor Leaf Lab. These terms cover use of our website and purchase of our digital plant-care products (PDFs, kits, checklists, and similar downloads). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or complete a purchase.

Who we are

Indoor Leaf Lab is a practical indoor houseplant care resource. We publish educational articles and sell digital care tools. We are not a nursery, licensed horticulturist service, medical provider, or income-coaching business. See our Disclaimer for care and advice limits.

Using the website

• Use the site for lawful, personal, non-abusive purposes.
• Do not scrape, attack, or overload our systems, or try to break security.
• Do not copy our articles or product files for resale or public redistribution without permission.
• Content is for general education. Results with plants vary by home, climate, and care.

Digital products

Paid items are digital downloads (for example PDFs or zip packs). After a successful checkout through our payment provider, you receive access or a download link as described on the product page. You get a personal license to use the files for your own plant care. You may not resell, share publicly, or claim the materials as your own product.

Free checklist and lead magnets are also for personal use. We may change free offers at any time.

Prices and checkout

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Checkout is handled by a third-party provider (for example Lemon Squeezy). Their terms and privacy rules also apply to payment. Taxes may be collected by the provider where required. We do not guarantee any income, traffic, or business outcome from using our materials.

Refunds

Digital goods are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 14-day refund window for eligible purchases. Please read that page before buying.

Intellectual property

Site design, writing, product templates, and branding belong to Indoor Leaf Lab or our licensors. You may not use our name or materials in a way that suggests we endorse your products or services without written permission.

No warranties

The site and downloads are provided “as is.” We work to keep information useful and files downloadable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy for every plant or climate, or fitness for a particular purpose. Plant care involves risk of plant loss; that risk stays with you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Indoor Leaf Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or digital products—including plant damage, data loss, or business losses. Our total liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms for future use and purchases.
