Refund Policy

Indoor Leaf Lab sells digital plant-care products (PDFs, kits, journals, and similar downloads). This page explains when you can get a refund. It is plain-language policy for our shop—not legal advice.

14-day refund window for digital goods

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date for any paid digital product sold by Indoor Leaf Lab, no questions asked for ordinary buyer’s remorse or “this wasn’t what I needed” cases.

The 14-day clock starts on the date your payment is completed through our checkout provider. Free downloads (such as the new-plant checklist) are free and are not refundable as a paid purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us using the contact method on the site or the support channel shown on your receipt.
Include your order email, order number or receipt link, and the product name.
We will confirm and process the refund through the same payment provider when possible.

Please allow a few business days for processing after we approve the request. Card or wallet timing after that depends on your bank or provider.

What we ask in return

After a refund, please stop using and delete the digital files. Refunds are for personal purchases; repeated refund abuse or clear fraud may lead us to refuse future sales.

Technical problems

If a download link fails or a file is corrupted, contact us first. We will try to fix access or resend the file. If we cannot deliver a working product, you are entitled to a refund even outside the usual window when the failure is on our side.

What refunds do not cover

Plant outcomes (a plant that still struggles after you use a kit)—care results vary; see our Disclaimer.
Income, traffic, or business results—we make no income guarantees.
Purchases made more than 14 days earlier, except where we failed to deliver a working file and cannot fix it.
Third-party fees your bank may charge independently of us.

Checkout provider

Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another provider listed at checkout. Their refund tools and timelines may apply in addition to this policy. If their rules and ours differ on a point we control, we will honor this 14-day digital-goods window for Indoor Leaf Lab products whenever we reasonably can.
